Long Island Expressway (LIE/495) to Exit 56. North on Route 111. Cross over Veteran's Memorial Highway (Route 454). Route 111 turns to the left by the Hauppauge High School. Continue on Route 111. Cross over Nesconset Highway (Route 347). Continue on Route 111. Make a right onto Route 25 (Main Street Middle Country Road). Church is approximately 1/4 miles on the right. |
